摘  要:通过光镜、透射电镜和扫描电镜观察了经复方硅橡胶栓堵后的家兔及人输卵管的组织学、粘膜上皮细胞的表面形态与超微结构的变化。说明复方硅橡胶作为输卵管可逆性绝育栓堵剂,绝育成功率高、效果稳定,对组织无腐蚀作用,经长期栓堵后仍有良好的复通性,应用前景广阔。The morphological and ultrastructural changes of oviducts of rabbits and women which were occluded by Silicon Rubber Based Suppository were observed. The results under light microscopy showed that Silicon Rubber Based Suppository neither corroded nor injured the tissue of the oviducts. The cavity of oviducts was remarkably enlarged. Most or even all of the mucosal folds of the oviducts disappeared while the remains were markedly shorted after the oviducts had been occluded. The mucosal epithelium still kept as an intact layer. The tissue inflammation and necrosis were not found at the macous membrane, lamina musclarris and tunica adventitia after the oviducts had been occluded. By transmissional electronic microscopy it was observed that the ultrastructures of cellular conjuntion, nucleus and main organells did not changed pathologicaly and morphologicaly. The superrficialform of oviductal mucosa was also studied in the experiment by scanning electronic microscopy. The number of ciliated cells decreased obviously, and the cilia were shorted or arranged disorderly or collapsed. These changes might be caused by mechanical oppression of Silicon Rubber Based Suppository on the oviduct. This experiment also examined the blockage of movement of sperms through the oviducts occluded by Silicon Rubber Based Suppository. The result showed that there were many sperms in the ampulla of the non-occluded oviducts 24 hours after rabbits mated but no sperm was found in the occluded ampulla.
