摘　　要：本文探讨和分析了国内外标准化的先进企业信息系统的构架与运行方式 ,采取拿来主义 ,借鉴成功经验 ,与国际惯例接轨 ,以便推行标准化的各种企业信息系统 。This paper inquires into and analyses the construction and operation of information systems in domestic and foreign enterprises advanced in standardization. By drawing lessons from the successful experience and coinciding with the international convention, it will help to persue various of standardized enterprise information systems and to enhance our enterprises' competition ability in world market.
