摘　　要：本文分析了信息时代企业竞争的新趋势 ;指出了合作型竞争已经成为现代企业竞争的新模式 ;The article gives an analysis of the new trend of competition between enterprises in the information times. It indicates that cooperative type competition has become a new model of competition among modern enterprises. And it expounds the ways and methods to enhance the competitive strength of enterprises by full development and utilization of competitive intelligence on the basis of establishing competitive intelligence system.
