摘　　要：目的 探讨早期行板层角膜移植术治疗早期碱性化学伤的疗效。方法 对碱性化学伤25例25眼在受伤1—4天行保存角膜板层移植术,随访2年,观察视力及角膜透明度。结果 角膜植片透明7例,半透明10例,混浊6例。排斥反应2例,经激素治疗后角膜水肿消退,植片半透明。术后视力:0.61眼,0.4有3眼,0.2有6眼,0.1以下有9眼,指数以下6眼。结论早期行角膜板层移植术治疗碱性化学伤能有效阻断组织坏死,从而减少免疫反应的发生,减少并发证的出现。选择在受伤后两周内为宜,一周内更好。Objective To evaluate the outcome of karatoplasty as an emergency treatment of alkali bum. Methods 25 eyes (25cases) damaged by alkali chemicals underwent lamella karatoplasty with refrigerated glycerol storage of comea within 2 weeks from accidents and were followed up for 2 years. Result The corneal graft was transparent in 7 cases, semitransparent in 10 cases and opaque in opaque in 6 cases. In the other 2 eyes,rejection occurred and after steroid medication, the graft became semitransparent, After the treatment, vision index was 6 in 1 eyes,0.4 in 3 eyes,0.2 in 6 eyes, below 0.1 in 9 eyes and below finger counting in 6 eyes. Conclusion In the case of alkali burn, the damaged tissue should be cut off as early as possible so that tissue necrosis can be prevented and immunoreaction complications are consequently reduced.
