摘　　要：目的 评价氪黄激光治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变(central scrous chorioretinopathy,CSC)的临床效果。方法 用氪黄激光(波长568nm)对31例(31眼)经眼底荧光血管造影(fundus fluorescein angiography,FFA)确诊为CSC者进行直接(渗漏点)光凝:光斑直径100μm,曝光时间0.1s,功率60—120mw,数量3—12个。平均随访时间8个月。结果 29例1次光凝成功,2例经第2次激光后渗漏点封闭。所有患者视力提高或不变,症状消退,无明显并发症。2例复发(6.45％)。结论 氪黄激光治疗CSC安全、有效。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of krypton yellow laser photocoagulation for central serous chorioretinopathy(CSC). Methods Thirty- one cases of CSC, which were diagnosed by fundus fluorescein angiography, were treated by krypton yellow laser(wavelength 568nm) with the following parameters: spot size 100μm, exposure time 0.1s, power 60 - 120mw and 3 - 12spots. The average follow up was 8 months. Results The exudative points of 29 cases were successfully closed after one time photocoagulation with two cases after twice photocoagulations. All the patients had increased or unchanged visual acuity with symptoms disappeared. No complication has been found. Conclusion Krypton yellow saser photocoagulation is a safe and effective method for the treatment of central serous chorioretinopathy.But the patients should be carefully selected.
