摘  要:目的 探索并发性白内障玻璃体混浊时准确测量眼轴的新方法。方法 用A超测量角膜到晶体后囊的距离,利用B超直观性测量晶体后囊到视网膜的距离,两者相加得出眼轴长度用于人工晶体计算,可避免将玻璃体混浊误认为眼后壁。结果 与常规A超测量法相比,术后残余屈光在1D以上的比例减少12%。结论 本测量法设计合理,准确性高,实用性强。Objective To explore new means to measure axial eye length intercurrent cataract and inpatients with vitreous turbidity . Methods The distance between the corneal and posterior capsular. was measured by A scan, and the distance between the posterior capsular and retinal was measured by was B scan measured.The avial eye length was reached by adding these two results and was available for IOL calculation. Results Compared with routine A scan measurement, the cases with postoperative unexpected refractive error of 1 dioptre or above were reduced by 12% .Conclusion The new measurement is reasonable,accurate and practicabe.
