摘　　要：目的 评价准分子激光角膜原位磨镶术(excimer laser in situ keratomileusis,LASIK)治疗高度近视的疗效。方法 对74例(139眼)接受LASIK治疗,术后随访6～12个月的高度近视病人资料进行分析。术前近视屈光度平均为-9.58±3.69D(-6.0～-25.0D),最佳戴镜矫正视力0.93±0.23。结果 术后裸眼视力和屈光状态于1～3个月趋向稳定。平均残余屈光度≥-0.5D者35眼(25.2％),其中-6.25～-10.0D组为13眼(15.3％),-10.25～-15.0D组17眼(40.5％),≥-15.25D组5眼(41.6％);≥-1.0D者23眼(16.5％);裸眼视力达0.5以上者127眼(91.4％),达1.0以上者23眼(41.7％)。最佳矫正视力损失2行以上者1眼(0.9％)。结论 LASIK治疗高度近视安全、有效,疗效优于PRK。提高手术技巧,预防“办相关并发症”是做好LASIK手术的关键。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of laser in situ keratimileusis (LASIK) for the correction of high myopia. Methods A total of 139 eyes with preoperative refraction of - 9.58 ± 3.69 diopters (-6.25^-25. 0D) were treated with LASIK and followed up for 6 ~ 12 months. The results were statistically analyzed. Results The vision and refractions tended to be normal in 1 ~ 3 months. The patients whose residual refraction was above -0.5 diopters and -1.0 diopters were 25.2 % and 16.5% respectively. The patients were divided into 3 groups according to preoperative diopters, (-6.25 ~ - 10.0D, - 10.25 ~ - 15.0D and above - 15.25D) , the above - 0.5D residual refraction was 15.3% , 40.5% and 41.6% respectively. The uncorrected visual acuities in 91.4% and 41.7% of the eyes were 0.5 and 1. 0 respectively. 1 eye lost two lines of the best corredted visual acuity. Conclusion The results indicate that LASIK is more effective than PRK and safe for the correction of high myopia . The prevention of the flap - related complications is very important for the outcome of LASIK.
