胃癌P^(185C-erbB-2)和P^(53)表达与其生物学行为关系研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究胃癌P185C -erbB -2 和P53 表达与其生物学行为关系。方法 :采用免疫组化s - p法检测 5 8例进展期胃癌、30例癌旁不典型增生、2 7例癌旁肠上皮化生、2 0例正常胃粘膜中P185C -erbB -2 和P53 的表达。结果 :a .P185C -erbB -2 的表达主要见于肠型胃癌 (4 2 42 % ) ,癌旁组织、正常胃粘膜及弥漫型胃癌均为阴性。P185C -erbB -2 的阳性表达与胃癌的浸润深度、分化程度及有无淋巴结转移无明显关系 (P >0 0 5 )。b .P53 蛋白阳性表达可见于胃癌(5 5 17% )、癌旁不典型增生 (30 % )、癌旁肠上皮化生 (2 2 2 2 % ) ,正常胃粘膜阴性。P53 蛋白阳性表达与胃癌组织学分型、分化程度无关 ,而与胃癌的浸润深度、有无淋巴结转移有关 (P <0 0 5 )。c.胃癌P185C -erbB -2 和P53 表达无相关关系 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :P185C -erbB -2 的阳性表达有可能作为胃粘膜上皮细胞恶性变的标记。P53 蛋白阳性表达的检测在胃癌预防和早期诊断以及预后判断上有重要意义。Objective:To study the relationship between the expression of P 185C-erbB-2 and P 53 in gastric carcinoma and its biological behavior. Methods:immunohistochemical technique, s-p method was used to detect the expression of P 185C-erbB-2 and P 53 in 58 cases of gastric carcinoma, 30 cases of atypical hyperplasia, 27 cases of intestinal metaplasia and 20 cases of normal gastric mucosa. Results:a.The positive expression of P 185C-erbB-2 was evident in intestinal gastric carcinoma. It wasn't correlated with the depth of infiltration, lymphnode metastasis and differential degree(P>0 05). b.The positive expression of P 53 protein wasn't correlated with histological type and differential degree(P>0 05), but was correlated with the depth of infiltration and lymphnode metastasis(P<0 05). c.There wasn't correlation between P 185C-erbB-2 and P 53 . Conclusion:The positive expression of P 185C-erbB-2 is the index of malignant of gastric mucosa cell. The positive expression of P 53 protein is useful marker for the prevent and early diagnosis and evaluating prognosis of gastric carcinoma.
