子宫肌瘤患者外周血大颗粒淋巴细胞的观察

摘　　要：目的 :探讨子宫肌瘤患者机体免疫功能状态。方法 :May -Gr櫣ｎｗａｌｄ -Giemsa染色法对 35例子宫肌瘤患者外周血大颗粒淋巴细胞 (LGL)数量变化进行观察。结果 :子宫肌瘤患者组LGL百分率明显低于正常组 (P<0 0 1) ,两组差别显著。结论 :子宫肌瘤患者外周血LGL数目降低 ,可能与子宫肌瘤患者本身雌激素抑制LGL成熟 ,而致患者机体免疫力低下有关。Objective:In order to study immunological function state of patients with myoma of uterus.Methods:We investigated the number of the peripheral blood large granular lymphocytes (LGL) in 35 patients with myoma of uterus by using the May-Grünwald-Giemsa staining.Results:We found a marked decrease of the number of large granular lymphocytes in the patients with myoma of uterus.There are significant difference between that in the patients and in the normal control.Conclusion:The result suggested,the immunological state in the patients with myoma of uterus are low.
