摘　　要：玉米花粉含有丰富的蛋白质、氨基酸、维生素、肌醇、有机酸、矿质元素及玉米素、芦丁等,特别是富含玉米素、芦丁和肌醇.研究表明,玉米品种间单株产粉量有很大差异,这与雄穗分枝多少和开花持续时间长短有关.按生产上的栽培密度计算,平均每亩产粉量为9.12公斤.本文介绍了采用套袋法采粉测定单株玉米产粉量的方法.The difference in pollen yield per plant among varieties are significant, which have relation to tassel branch number and flowering duration. Average pollen yield with normal plant population density is 9.12kg/mu. Maize pollen, the same to other plant pollens,has adequate content of proteins, amino acids, vitamins, inositol,organic acids, mineral elements, zeatin and rutin. Its content of zeatin,rutin and inostol is particularly rich. The pollen yield of single plant was determined by covering bag.
