摘  要:目的 :评价氩绿激光治疗分支静脉阻塞引起的黄斑水肿的疗效。方法 :利用波长 5 14.5 nm的氩绿激光格栅样光凝黄斑水肿患者 2 4例 2 4眼 ,光斑直径 10 0~ 2 0 0μm,曝光时间 0 .1s;需作象限性光凝者在黄斑光凝完成后再进行。平均随访 10 .8± 3.5个月 ,期间观察黄斑水肿消退情况及治疗前后视力变化情况。结果 :2 4眼中 16眼黄斑水肿完全消退 ;14眼视力改善 ,7眼视力不变 ,3眼下降。结论Objective: To evaluate the effect of argon laser photocoagulation for macular edema in branch retinal vein occlusion (BRVO). Methods: Argon laser with 514.5nm wavelength, 100-200μm spot diameter and 0.1s duration was applied to 24 eyes of macular edema resulted from BRVO in grid photocoagulation. If the quadrant scatter photocoagulation were needed, it would be delayed as the second phase therapy. The mean of the follow-up period was 10.8(3.5 months. The changes in macular edema and visual acuity were observed. Results: Complete resolution of macular edema occurred in 16 of 24 eyes; visual acuity improved, unchanged or decreased in 14, 7 and 3 eyes, respectively. Conclusions: Argon laser grid photocoagulation for the treatment of macular edema in BRVO is efficacious, the application of green or yellow laser wavelength is more favorable.
