摘　　要：目的 :为治疗因化学性烧伤后的眼球表面疾病。方法 :采用角膜缘上皮移植和选择性联合羊膜移植治疗眼化学性烧伤。结果 :形成了稳定的眼球表现 ,视力均有不同程度提高。结论 :本术式针对眼化学烧伤能有效修复角膜缘缺损 ,重建眼球表面而获理想临床疗效。Objective: In order to treat ocular surface disorders derived from chemical burn. Methods: Limbal epithelial transplantation was used to control the ocular surface disorders due to ocular chemical burns, for severe case, the application of fresh amnion graft was combined in the surgical procedure. Results: Stable and quiet ocular surface were obtained, visions in all the cases were improved in different extents. Conclusion: The procedure can reconstruct the limbal defect and the ocular surface disorder.
