摘　　要：骨炎灵是由黄连等中药组成的复方制剂。骨炎灵对小鼠琼脂性足跖肿胀、大鼠甲醛性踝关节肿和棉球肉芽组织增大,以及组织胺引起的大鼠皮肤血管通透性增加,均有明显抑制作用。SYNOPSIS: Guyanling is a composite Chinese medicine made up of Coptis chinensis Franch, and some other herbs. The aqueous abstract of Guyanling inhibited obviously the edema of hind paw induced by injection of agar in mice and the ankle swelling produced by injection of formaldehyde in rats. It was also found to significantly inhibit cotton pellet induced granuloma growth in rats. Marked inhibitory effects on the increased vascular permeability induced by histamine in rats was also observed.
