原发性肝癌患者红细胞膜ATP酶活性的改变

摘　　要：应用Reinila制膜法检测了 32例原发性肝癌患者红细胞膜Na+1·K+1-ATP酶和Ca+2 ·Mg+2 -ATP酶活性。结果指出 :原发性肝癌患者红细胞膜Na+·K+-ATP酶活性较正常人降低而Ca+2 ·Mg+2 -ATP酶活性与正常人比较无显著性差异。测定原发性肝癌患者红细胞膜ATP酶活力对其发病机理有一定价值。According to Reinila method determined the changes of the erythrocyte membrance Na +·K +-ATPase and Ca +2 ·Mg +2 -ATPase patients of primary liver cancer the results shows that:compared with normal control Na +·k +-ATPase activities decreased and Ca +2 ·Mg +2 -ATPase activities had no significant chferrences.We belived that it is valuable for its mechanism to determine the changes of ATPase activity of the erythrocyte membrance in pertients of primary liver cancer in vitro.
