假性下颌智齿冠周炎36例临床分析

摘　　要：对 36例假性下颌智齿冠周炎患者进行临床分析 ,结果显示 ,假性下颌智齿冠周炎患者和下颌智齿冠周炎患者比较 ,具有年龄较大、症状较轻、下颌智齿完全埋伏阻生、相对应的上颌智齿过长等特点。提示 ,假性下颌智齿冠周炎的病因是过长的上颌智齿牙冠直接或间接造成下颌智齿冠上软组织创伤 ,治疗方法只需拔除过长的上颌智齿即可彻底解决 ,而不必拔除完全埋伏阻生的下颌智齿。To explore the characteristics and treatment of pseudopericoronitis of wisdom teeth of the mandible by clinical analysis of 36 cases.Results showed that the patients of pseudopericoronitis of the wisdom tooth of the mandible were of elder age,mild symptoms, totally impacted in the mandible,resulting in overgrowth of the corresponding third molar of the maxtilla overgrown.The observations indicated that the symptoms of pseudocoronitis of the wisdom tooth of the mandible was the injury inflicted to the soft tissue due to excessive growth of the third molar in the maxilla directly or indirectly.The method of treatment is to extract the overgrown third molar in the maxilla,and leave the wisdom tooth of the mandible alone.
