水产动物饲料中益生菌的应用与发展

摘　　要：随着生活水平的提高,人们需要越来越多的绿色环保食品。由于抗生素的残留性等副作用,使得微生态制剂作为其有效替代品显得尤为迫切。本文简要介绍了水产动物饲料中益生菌的作用机制、特点及目前常用的菌种。With the development of living condition, more and more uncontaminated foods are needed. For the residual of antibiotic , it is necessary to seek a new kind of substitute, such as microecological modulator. In this report, action mechanism, characteristic and frequently-used strains at present of probiotic in aquatic animal feed are introduced.
