牙髓失活与牙髓麻醉用于牙髓炎治疗的对比分析

摘　　要：目的 :探讨治疗牙髓炎时牙髓摘取的止痛方法。方法 :将 1 2 0例牙髓炎患者随机分成二组 ,分别用牙髓失活法和麻醉法摘取牙髓 ,观察二组的疼痛程度。结果 :二组的疗效有极显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :后牙的牙髓摘取 ,失活法优于麻醉法。Objective:To investigate analgesic effect of pulpectomy on patients with pulptitis.Methods:120 patients with pulptitis were divided into two groups randomly.Observe the different degree of pain as the dental pulp was extirpated by devitalization and anesthetization respectively and severity of pain was observed.Results:There was a siginificant difference( P <0.01) between the two groups.Conclusion:Dental pulp devitalization is prior to anesthetization in the emedullate of posterior teeth.
