摘　　要：本文报道了直、结肠癌患者在施行手术治疗前后其免疫功能指标的变化．结果发现，术后患者血清溶菌酶含量（LZM）提高；T细胞亚群CD4+细胞百分率升高，CD8+细胞百分率降低，CD4+/CD8+比值趋于正常．结论：直、结肠癌手术后较手术前机体免疫功能有一定程度的提高．The changes in the immune function before and after operation in the patients with cancer of rectum and colon were investigated. The increased serum lysozyme level (P<0.01 ), the higher CD4+ TLC subset percentage, the lower CD8+ TLC percentage and the normal CD4+/CD8+ ratio were found. The results suggest the talsed immune function in the patients following opendion.
