摘　　要：目的:探讨首诊血压与脑卒中性质之间的关系。方法:采用WHO规定的测量方法,测量213例 脑卒中患者发病后首次就诊未行治疗前的血压(首诊血压)。结果:脑出血首诊血压收缩压较脑血栓显著升高(P<0.01)。结论:首诊血压类型与脑卒中性质密切相关。Objective: To study the relation between of blood pressure before treatment and category of cerebral stroke. Methods: The method defined by WHO was performed in 213 cases of cerebral stroke to measure blood pressure before treatment. Results: The blood pressure before treatment of patients with cerebral hemorrhage was significantly higher than mat of cerebral thrombosis (P<0.01). Conclusion: The type of blood pressure before treatment was close correlated with category of cerebral stroke.
