摘  要:目的研究间接检眼镜光照后试验兔视网膜DNA定量的变化,以评价光照性视网膜损伤。方法13只北京灰兔(26眼),体重2~2.5kg,直接检眼镜检查眼底正常。用双目间接检眼镜为光源,+20.0D透镜聚集在后部视网膜,光照度为390.77mW/cm,光照时间分别为15,30min和1h。结果DNA的水平和光照时间相关。光照后2d和2周,30min组、1h组和对照组比较视网膜DNA含量明显降低,而15min组没有显著变化。结论间接检眼镜光照时间过长可引起视网膜的损害,严重损害为不可逆性感光细胞的损害。ObjectiveTo evaluate light injury to the retina,DNA changes in rabbit retina were quantitatively studied after exposure to indirect ophthalmoscope light.Methods13 Beijing grey rabbits(26 eyes) weighing 22.5 kg,the fundi were examined briefly by direct ophthalmoscope and noted to be normal.Indirect ophthalmoscope with +20.0 D lens was focused on the posterior retina(retinal intensity 390.77 mW/per cm;light injury time 15,30 min and 1 h).ResultsDNA levels in the retina decreased with exposure time of light.2 d and 2 wk after the light exposure,the DNA content in the retina was significantly lower in 30 and 60 min exposure group,compared with the normal control.However 15 min exposure group did not reach a significant level of DNA reduction.ConclusionIndirect ophthalmoscope light may damage retina if the exposure time is long enough.Serious damage is irreversible photoreceptor cell damage.
