硅油取出术及硅油并发症转归的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察硅油取出的临床效果，重点分析硅油注入术后并发症的转归。方法对６３例（６３眼）行硅油取出，其中角膜带状变性８眼，继发性青光眼６眼，并发性白内障４眼，硅油乳化２３眼。结果术后５７眼视网膜在位，占９０．４８％，４眼玻璃体积血，术后角膜带状变性无改变，青光眼眼压得到控制，并发性白内障术后晶状体混浊加重。结论硅油取出应根据并发症的有无适时进行。ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect and complications of the removal of silicon oil.MethodsClinical records were reviewed for 63 eyes with silicon oil removal,in which 8 eyes showed corneal degeneration,6 eyes with secondary glaucoma,4 eyes with combining cataract,and 23 eyes with silicon emulsification.Results57 eyes (90.48%) were found to have retinal reattachment postoperatively.There was vitreous hemorrhage in 4 eyes.After surgery,secondary glaucoma was controlled,but there was no improval in cataract or corneal degeneration.ConclusionWhen to remove silicon oil depends on whether there are complications.
