摘　　要：采用传代的Ｌ９２９细胞株，以及ＭＴＴ比色法测定ＴＮＦ生物活性的方法。此方法灵敏、简便、快速，适于在临床检验和生产检定及科研中推广应用。应用此方法测定了国产的三批重组ＴＮＦ产品的活性分别为１４３１９±１３８１、１６２１５±４１１、１４３３０±７０６ＩＵ／支，变异系数小于１０％。o determine the Bioactivity of tumor necrcosis factor (TNF) , we developed a method using L929 cellline and MTT( 3-[ 4 , 5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl ]- 2, 5-diphenyltetrazoium bromide) stained, Wwning to itshigh sensitivity,Simplicity and procedure and qnickness,the method would find wide application finrclinical test, preduction monitoring and scientific reserach. Using this method, we determined threebatchs of recombinants TNF produced in China. The activity of them were 14319 ± 1381,16215 ±411,and 14330± 706 IU /ampule respectively.
