摘  要:[目的 ] 了解文科大学生艾滋病 /性病 /安全性行为的知识水平和围绕这一内容开展的同伴教育的效果及适宜性。 [方法 ]  1999年 10~ 11月在上海某文科大学整群抽样选取一年级大学生共 181人为干预组 ,对其进行预防艾滋病、性病等内容的同伴教育 ,另设同校 179人为内对照组 ,另一所文科大学的 16 0人为外对照组。通过问卷调查方式 ,对教育前后进行效果评价。 [结果 ] 干预组在教育后艾滋病、性病知识水平均有大幅提高 ,且对安全性行为的认识及态度有所改变 ,与内、外对照组比较差异有极显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。在对婚前性行为态度上 ,干预组在教育后有显著改变 ,而内、外对照组改变不明显。 [结论Objective] To assess the knowledge levels about AIDS/STD/Safer Sex among freshmen in an arts college and the effect and feasibility of peer education on AIDS/STD/Safer Sex. [Methods] A quasi-experimental design was conducted between October and November 1999. 181 freshmen participated in the intervention group and received the AIDS/STD/Safer Sex peer education program. Another 179 freshmen participated as the interior control group. All of them were selected from the same arts college and 160 freshmen from another arts college participated as the exterior control group. [Results] The knowledge levels about sex of the intervention group were significantly higher than that of the two control groups(P< 0.01 )and the attitude and knowledge towards safer sex changed significantly after the education.By the way, their attitude towards premarital sex also changed significantly. No such change occurred in the other two groups. [Conclusion] The peer education about AIDS/STD/Safer Sex is both feasible and effective for first-year students in an arts college.
