摘　　要：为探讨科研资源的配制和运行情况 ,本文阐述了科研资源配制中存在供需矛盾突出 ,分布不均 ,浪费现象严重 ,管理方式及管理理论滞后 ,医学研究文化氛围不免浓厚等问题 ;同时 ,提出了科研资源的配置原则 。To probe into the disposing and operating situation of the scientific research resource, it is expounded in this article that in disposing of the scientific research resource, the supply and require contradictory should occur strikingly,the distribution is odds, the wasting appearance is severity, the management mode and the management theory is lag, the atmosphere of medical research is not dense, and so on. Simultaneously, the disposing principle of the scientific research resource is put forward, the experience of the using for reference is provided for the reasonable disposing of the scientific research resource.
