摘　　要：本文阐述了我国企业目前普遍存在的成本居高不下、持续上升的情况，即成本刚性问题，从宏观和微观两个方面进行原因分析，并在此基础上提出弱化企业成本刚性对策。This paper first presents the ever-present stiffness in enterprise in China. Then the paper discusses the influential factors of cost stiffness and points out the reason that cost keeps rising mainly lies in both macro-factors and micro-factors. At the end of the pace author puts forward a decision to the the problem of cost stiffness.
