生物活性陶瓷—钛复合体两段式种植牙的临床初步应用

摘　　要：生物活性陶瓷—钛复合体及可切削生物活性玻璃陶瓷二段式种植牙的临床应用计45例62颗,已修复28例48颗,经3～24月观察,获得满意效果。即种植于在功能状态下稳固,龈粘膜正常,修复体固位好,舒适。X线片显示种植牙根与周围骨密合。对二段式复合种植牙的种植方法及修复方法等进行了初步的探讨。This is a report of preliminary study of the clinical effect of implants made of either bi- oactive ceramic coated pure titanium or machineable bioactive glass ceramic as dental im-plants in a total of 62 implants in 45 patients.Among them,prosthesis have been compl-eted in 48 implants in 28 cases.The results showed that the design of these two-sectioneddental implant system provided successfully a transfer of the occlusal force from the pr-osthesis to its surrounding bone which is similar to that of a natural tooth.The shape andthe surface texture of these implants provided excellent development of osteointegrationand mucogingival attachment.These implants are functionally stable.X-ray films takenthree to six months later revealed that there is new bone formation on the surrondingbone tissue.
