摘 要:本文报道采用Low Shear-30流变测定仪,据Huang氏方程,用改良法测定了92例脑血管疾病患者的全血触变参数。实验结果表明,在脑动脉硬化、短暂性脑缺血发作和脑血栓形成三种疾病中,血液的屈服应力,粘度的非牛顿分量,表观粘度(2.37s^(-1)),结构参数平衡值明显增高;而红细胞压积,粘度的牛顿分量,红细胞叠连解聚反应的表观速率常数变化不明显。在相同年龄范围内,比较这三种疾病间的触变参数,无明显变化,说明在脑血栓形成以前,脑动脉硬化和短暂性缺血发作的患者已有血液流变学异常,提示在缺血性中风的发生过程,血液流变学的变化并非是触发因素,可能是辅助、促成因素。Abstract So far, few papers on altera-tion of thixotropic properties of blood frompatients with cerebrovascular disease havebeen found.We measured the thixotropicparameters of blood from 92 patients suf-fering from cerebrovascular diseases. Thesepatients were divided into five groups.Group Ⅰ consisted of 14 male patients withcerebral arteriosclerosis(CA) (aged 61.7±8.2 years)and Group Ⅱ, 12 male patientswith transient cerebral ischermic attack(TIA) (64.4±7.8 years).All of patients ingroups Ⅲ (22 male old patients, 66.6±5.1years), Ⅳ(24 male middle-aged patients53.7± 2.8 years), and Ⅴ(20 female patients58.4±13.8 years) were suffering from cere-bral thrombosis.These 92 patients and 92selected healthy subjects were pairmatchedin sex and age. Using paired t-test, wecompared their thixotropic parameters.Theresults showed that the yield stress(?),the equilibrium value of the structural para-meter(A), the apparent viscosity at 2. 3?s^(-1)(η_s),and non-Newtonian contribution ofviscosity(η_s,-μ)in groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ weresignificantly higher than those in the cor-responding control groups.The values ofT_0, A, η_s, (η_s,-μ)and η_p of blood in group Ⅴwere higher than those in the controlgroup;only the values of ?, η_p,(η_(s-_)μ) ofblood in gcoup Ⅳ were higher than thosein the control group.No sigificant dif-ference in the thixotropic parameters wasnoted among groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ.The re-sults suggest that the patients with cere-brovascular diseases had evidently increa-sed number and degree of RBC aggregation.Furthermore, before the onset of cerebralthrombosis the patients with CA and TIAhad had obvious change in thixotropy ofblood. This probably implies that abnorma-lity of thixotropy of blood is not a triggerfactor for ischemic stroke but a possiblesubsidiary or an associated risk factor.
