魔芋精粉对MNNG诱发小鼠肺癌的预防作用

摘　　要：取LACA小鼠370只,分为两批,每批又分为正对照(MNNG)、魔芋精粉(R.A.K.)、复合(MNNG+R.A.K.)及空白对照(C)4个组。正对照组每5天于小鼠尾静脉注射MNNG250μg一次,共7次;魔芋精粉组按8％(W/W)魔芋精粉加入92％普通饲料混匀,长期喂养;复合组,在给予MNNG同时,按魔芋精粉组喂养;MNNG组及C组只长期喂普通饲料。实验结果表明,魔芋精粉对MNNG诱发小鼠肺癌可产生不同程度的预防作用,不仅使肿瘤发生数目、每例平均肿瘤数目和小鼠患肿瘤数都大量减少,发癌率从79.75％下降到20.00％,而且延长动物寿命,同时在肿瘤类型构成比上,恶性(腺瘤恶变)减少,无腺癌发生,良性腺癌相对增加。实验结果重复性好,无明显不良作用。Three hundred and seventyLACA mice of seven weeks old were usedin 2 batches for studying the prophylacticeffect of Konjaku powder on MNNG-induced lung cancers. These mice(withineach batch)were randomly allocated to fourgroups, namely positive control(MNNG),refined Amorphophallus Konjac (R.A.K.),complex (MNNG+R.A.K.), and blankcontrol(C). in MNNG group, MNNG(250μg)was injected intravenously once five daysfor seven times in each mouse, the totaldosage of MNNG was 1.75mg. In R.A.K.group, according to w/w, 8% R.A.K. waswell mixed into 92% common diet for long-term breeding. In complex group, MNNGwas given as that in MNNG group andthe mice were reared as those in R.A.K.group. The mice in MNNG group and in Cgroup were all reared by common diet.Theresults of experiments showed differentdegrees of preventive effect of R. A. Kon MNNG-induced lung cancers inLACA mice. R.A.K. not only exertedeffect on the number of induced cancer,causing a drop of the cancerous rate from79.75% to 20.00% and the mean numberof cancer in each animal, but also prolon-ged the survival time of animals. At thesame time, the constituent ratio of thekinds of tumor denoted a decrase in ma1i-gnancy (adenorma with malignant change). an absene of abenocarcinoma and relativeincrease in benign adenoma. The results ofexperiments also exhibited good duplicationas well as absence of adverse reactions toKonjaku powder.
