摘　　要：文章介绍了CaSO4 型卤水 ,NaCl结晶质量特性 ,通过生产技术改造 ,调整各效循环流量 ,将顺流排盐至Ⅲ效逆循环外热强制循环蒸发罐并入OSLO型育晶装置 ,提高整体NaCl结晶粒度 ,增大选洗功能 ;一改以往生产厂家常用的BaCl2 处理卤水 ,工艺复杂 ,生产受卤水处理周期限制 ,投入费用高的缺点 ,为低杂质工业盐的生产开发 ,总结出技术先进容易操作的生产工艺。This paper introduced the quality character of NaCl crystal produced with CaSO 4 type brine. It adjusts the flow of circulating feed liquid in differential effects through the reformation of operating processes and the third effect merged into the Oslo crystallizer for improving the granularity of NaCl crystal and accreting the function of salt washing.
