摘　　要：β-酪啡肽-7 经戊二醛与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)交联后的复合物免疫伊莎蛋鸡5只。6个月后，对鸡血清、所产蛋的卵黄和卵黄氯仿抽提上清液进行琼扩效价分析。结果表明，血清抗体的最高效价达到1∶8，后两者的效价为1∶4。β－Casomorphin－7 was covalently attached to BSA,the β－Casomorphin－7/BSA conjugation was used to immunized 5 Yisa layers for 6 months.Hens' serum,the yolk and the water phase of CHCl3－extract of Yolk(WCEY) were collected for agar gel immunodiffusion test.The result show that the highest serum antibodies,titre is up to 1∶8,the yolk and the WCEY's highest antibodies's titre is up to 1∶4.
