老年脑血管病患者头发微量元素测定

摘　　要：采用PIXE测定70例老年脑血管病患者发铬、硒、锰、铁、铜、锌的含量,并以30例健康老年人为对照。结果发现发铬、硒含量疾病组明显降低,发锰含量脑梗塞组明显升高。认为脑血管病的发病与体内铬、硒含量降低有关,脑梗塞的发病还与体内高锰含量有关。发铁、铜、锌含量与脑血管病间无明显关系。The levels of hair chromium,selemium,manganese,Iron,copper and zinc in 70 pa- tients with senile cerebral vascular disease were determined with PIXE,and in 30 healthy senile individuals as control.It was found that the levels of hair chromium and selemiun were obviously decreased in illness group.That of hair manganese increased greatly in patients with cerebral infarction.It is suggested that the lowered chromium and sele- miam contents,and the increased manganes contents are relateel to the occurence of cerebral vascular disease.No significant relationship between hair iron,copper,zinc co- ntents and cerebral vascular disease is found.
