山东省高校学生对体育教师认知现状的调查分析

摘　　要：为了能给高校体育教师进一步提高自身素质和教学水平提供一定的参考 ,运用问卷法调查了山东省部分高校学生对体育教师的认知现状 ,并对认知排序结果进行了分析 .调查统计结果显示 ,学生对高校体育教师认知的 8个指标的综合排序为 :良好的品质、运动技术过硬、善于组织教学、教学经验丰富、知识全面、具有创造精神、仪表整洁文明、学历水平高 ,但男女大学生的认知状况在排序上有差别 .Aiming at the improvement of college P.E. teachers' quality and teaching, the results of a questionnaire investigation made on college students' cognitive situation to their P.E. teachers are analyzed. According to the investigation, the students arrange the eight norms concerning the teachers in such an order: fine moral quality, competent sports skill, ability to organize teaching, abundant teaching experience, comprehensive knowledge, creative genius, graceful appearance, high academic degree. However, it is also noted that there is a distinction between the arrangement by male students & female students.
