摘　　要：稀缺资源和能力使企业获得独特的竞争优势 ,并使企业获得超额租金的回报。因此 ,如何使企业拥有的稀缺资源和能力不被竞争对手获取 ,对于企业保持持续的竞争优势具有重要作用。稀缺资源和能力的模仿障碍是有效阻止竞争者的重要手段。从而 。The possession of scarce resources and capabilities can make firm to achieve unique competitive advantages,and obtain above-average return.Therefore,it has an important influence on firm's sustainable competitive advantages.Difficult imitation of scarce resources and capabilities is an effective way to prevent competitor from competition.So,analysis of imitation barriers has a great meaning in practice.
