摘  要:目的探讨中药复方制剂汉丹肝乐对免疫性肝纤维化的预防作用。方法腹腔注射猪血清复制大鼠免疫性肝纤维化模型并同时灌胃给药 ,持续 12周。实验第 5、8、11周检测尿羚脯氨酸排出情况 ,实验结束后分别检测血清及肝脏相应指标。结果汉丹肝乐中、高剂量给药能增加大鼠尿羚脯氨酸的排出量 (P <0 0 5 ) ,降低血清及肝脏丙二醛含量 (P <0 0 5 )和肝胶原蛋白含量 (P <0 0 1) ,减轻肝脏损伤和肝纤维化程度。结论汉丹肝乐可明显减轻猪血清所诱导的脂质过氧化反应 ,减轻肝脏损伤从而具有预防肝纤维化的作用。Objective To investigate the preventive actions of Han-Dan-Gan-Le. a traditional Chinese medicine, on liver fibrosis was induced by porcine serum. Methods Male Wistar rats were divided into 6 groups, except the control group, the other 5 groups rats were given an intraperitoneal injection of porcine serum (0.5ml, twice a week for 12 weeks). Han-Dan-Gan-Le prevention groups were given Han-Dan-Gan-Le (0.3, o.6, 0.9g/kg. p.o.daily for 12 weeks) simultaneously to examine the protective actions. Colchicine group were administrated Colchicine (0.15 mg/kg. p.o.daily). The Urinary excretion of hydroxyproline was detected every 3 weeks. The experimental rats were killed at the end of the 12nd week. Liver samples were analyzed by histopathologically. Hydroxyproline (Hyd) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in the liver, alanine aminotyansferse (ALT), alkalinephosphatase (AKP), albumincontents (ALB) levels in the serum were measured respectively.Results Han-Dan-Gan-Le inhibited serum ALT ( P <0.05) and AKP ( P <0.01) activities, decreased MDA ( P <0.01) and Hyd contents ( P <0.001), alleviated liver fibrogenesis and increased serum albumin level.Conclusion Han-Dan-Gan-Le shows good effects on the prevention of hepatic fibrosis induced by porcine serum in rats.
