摘　　要：介绍生命的三界学说和生命的第三形式 ,以及相关的研究和评价。从 11个方面比较古细菌、真细菌和真核生物的区别。认为三界学说和生命第三形式的建立和发展是对生命革命认识的深化 ,其摒弃了以表型为主的分类体系 ,从基因层次揭示生命的进化。Three boundary theory and the third form of life and the relevant researches and evaluation on it are described. Archaes,Eubacteria and Eucaryotes are compared in eleven aspects. The founding and development of three boundary theory and the third from of life gives an in depth knowledge to look into life revolution,since it requests to study life revolution from gene level instead of the morphologically based classification system. But the different viewpoints on it releases that this theory needs to be improved further.
