摘 要:目的 :探讨C -myc和增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)在小儿肝母细胞瘤 (HB)中表达的临床意义。方法 :用免疫组化法检测 2 2例小儿HB组织中C -myc和PCNA的表达。结果 :HB组织和正常肝组织中C -myc阳性表达率分别为 81.8% (18/ 2 2 )和 33.3% (3/ 9) ;PCNA在HB组织和正常肝组织中阳性表达率分别为 6 8.2 % (15/ 2 2 )和阴性 (0 / 9)。HB组织中C -myc和PCNA阳性表达率显著高于正常肝组织 (P <0 0 5)。C -myc和PCNA阳性表达率与HB病理类型无明显相关性 (P >0 0 5)。但与肿瘤临床分期呈正相关 ,临床分期愈晚期 ,C -myc和PCNA阳性率愈高。结论 :C -myc和PCNA在HB中的表达与HB的发生、发展和预后密切相关 ,检测C -myc及PCNA对估计HB恶性程度、判断预后及指导治疗有重要意义。Aim: To investigate the clinical significance of expression of C-myc and PCNA in HB in children.Methods: The expression of C-myc and PCNA were examined by immunohistochemical method in 22 children with HB. Results: The fraguency of C-myc and PCNA expression in HB was 81 8% (18/22) and 68.2% (15/22),respectively,that of control group was 33.3% (3/9),and none respectively. The freguency of C-myc and PCNA expression in HB was significantly higher than that of C-myc and PCNA expression in control groups,No significant relationships were found between the expression of C-myc and PCNA with histopathological classification of the tumor. Their positive rate was significantly associated with clinical stage of tumor. Conclusion: The experssion of C-myc and PCNA correlate with the development and progrosis of HB.The patients with high expression should be give more aggressive postoperative treatments
