摘　　要：本文从电磁场基本原理出发表述电磁感应定律，对于“通量法则”构造回路的问题，指出也要紧扣基本原理进行分析。On the basis of the essential expression of the electro magnetic induction law, the principles of the construction of the go-with-the body circuit set for the magnetic flux rule is analysed and some different opinions on a few typical examples are posed.
