摘　　要：目的　探讨膀胱移行细胞癌与人乳头状瘤病毒 (HPV )感染之间的关系。方法　采用细胞培养、PCR和SouthernBlot杂交方法 ,对膀胱移行细胞癌细胞系PUMC 91(1991年建立 )细胞内的人乳头状瘤病毒 (HPV )DNA进行检测。结果　人膀胱移行细胞癌细胞系PUMC 91细胞内含有整合在细胞基因组DNA上的不完整HPV 18DNA。结论　HPV 18感染与膀胱移行细胞癌的发生可能有一定关系 ,PUMCObjective To detected the human papillomaviruses(HPV) DNA in PUMC 91,a cell line of transitional cell carcinoma of human urinary bladder,which has been established in the department of pathology of PUMC hospital in 1991.MethodsCell culture,PCR and Southern Blot hybridization were used.Results An integrated and incomplete HPV DNA of type 18 was found in PUMC 91.Conclusion There may have some relationship between HPV 18 infection and TCC in bladder,and PUMC 91 cell line is a model in vitro to research the relationship.
