摘 要:目的 研究端粒酶与膀胱移行细胞癌 (TCC)生物学行为的关系。方法 采用端粒酶重复序列扩增法及酶联免疫吸附法检测 5 8例TCC组织、10例癌旁膀胱粘膜及 10例正常膀胱粘膜组织的端粒酶活性。结果 TCC组织端粒酶阳性率为 86 .2 %(5 0 / 5 8) ,不同病理分级、临床分期之间无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;癌旁组织中只有 1例端粒酶阳性 ;正常组织中端粒酶均为阴性。结论 TCC组织中端粒酶活性阳性率明显高于正常膀胱粘膜组织及癌旁膀胱粘膜组织。各病理分级和临床分期之间端粒酶活性虽然无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但端粒酶活性的强弱分布不同。端粒酶活性可作为TCC早期诊断。Objective To study the telomerase activity in bladder transitional cell carcinoma(TCC) and its relationship to the biological malignant potentials of TCC.Methods The Telomerase activity was examined by TRAP ELISA in 58 cases of TCC,10 cases of the adjacent tissues and 10 cases of normal bladder tissues.Results Telomerase activity was found in 50(86.2%)of 58 bladder tumor samples,1(10.0%) of 10 adjacent tissues and none of 10 normal bladder tissues,the positive rate of telomerase activity in TCC was significantly higher than that in the adjacent tissues and normal bladder tissues( P <0.01).But unexpectedly,no significant correlation was observed between the positive rate of telomerase activity and the clinicopathologic features,including pathologic grade and clinical stage( P >0.05).Conclusion Telomerase activition may be a critical step in the pathogenesis of TCC.Telomerase activity is a useful marker for detecting TCC and predicting recurrence of TCC.
