摘 要:用套式 RT- PCR一步法扩增了九株NDV地方强毒的 HN基因 ,并对其中 3株的HN基因片段进行了克隆、测序及同源性分析。本试验还对该毒株的系统发育情况进行了分析 :广东省 NDV各毒株与欧美国家 I至V基因群明显分离 ,遗传关系较远。台湾省NDVT各毒株归属为一组并且与中国大陆毒株的遗传距离较近。其中一支 FS1 / 95株不能归类到任何一个基因群中。广东地区从鹅群中分离到的副黏病毒 GPMV株与我们从鸡体中获得的 NDV FS2株有相近的亲缘关系。Nine Hn genes of NDV isolates from Guangdong(South China)were amplified by one step nested RT PCR and 3 of these cloned,sequenced and homologically analyzed.The Phylogenesis of these NDV isolates was also studied.South China NDV strains were formed to be separated from Euro American NDV strains exhibiting long genetic distance between the two groups.NDV isolates from Taiwan Province belonged to the same gene group as those from China's Mainland.One of the Chinese NDV,FS1/95 strain belonged to none of these gene groups.Significantly,the GPMV strain,a paramysovirus isolated from Guangdong Province had rather close genetic relationship with FS1/95 that is isolated from chicken in Guangdong.
