内燃机排气成分动态检测方法的研究

摘　　要：介绍了采用飞行时间质谱仪动态测量内燃机排气成分的方法。提出了实现动态检测的系统方案 ,研制开发了高速数据采集系统 ,给出了性能试验结果。测量并识别了质量数相近的 N2 和 C2 H4的谱图 。Time-of-flight mass spectrometer has a series of advantages over other types of mass spectrometric systems, such as low transmission loss of ion, simplicity of design and maintenance, and theoretically unlimited range of mass analysis. Especially it has an ability to obtain a complete mass spectrum at extremely fast analytic process. This paper introduced the principle of a dynamic measuring method of gaseous emission from an internal combusion engine using time-of-flight mass spectrometer and analyzed its feasibility. The scheme of dynamic measuring system for gaseous emission from an engine was presented. The measuring technique of time array was applied to time-of-flight mass spectrometer for dynamic measuring of gaseous emission from an engine. A high speed data acquisition system was studied and developed. The results of the performance test was presented in this paper. The mass spectrum of N2 and C2H4 which are similar in mass numbers and dynamic changing curve of the exhaust gas from engine were measured and distinguished.
