摘　　要：目的 :检测与分析 Rb基因表达与胃癌临床病理学特征和预后的关系。方法 :采用 S- P免疫组织化学法检测 5 3例胃癌 Rb基因产物的表达。结果 :胃癌 Rb基因产物表达阳性率 6 0 .4% (32 / 5 3) ,Rb基因产物表达阳性者易发生淋巴结转移 ,生存期短。结论 :检测 Rb基因产物表达有助于胃癌生物学行为的认识及预后的判断。objective:To investigate the relation between expression of Rb gene(one of the important modulating proliferation factors) and the clinic pathologic features as well as the prognosis of gastric cancer Method:The expression of Rb gene was detected in 53 cases of gastric cancer by S P immunohistochemistry Result:The expression of Rb of gene was 60 4%(32/53) in gastric cancer The expression of Rb gene showed a significantly positive correlation with the involvement of the lymph node ,but negative correlation with the survival of the gastric cancer(P<0 01) Conclusion:The expession of Rb gene may be useful in studying the biologic behavior and in evaluating the prognosis of gastric cancer
