摘　　要：目的　分析滑膜肉瘤临床特征及误诊原因 ,减少误诊。方法　对 15例滑膜肉瘤患者进行回顾性研究 ,分析其发病年龄、部位、病史特点、X线表现及病理特点 ,总结误诊原因。结果　从发病到最后确诊时间平均 2 0个月 ,本院术前误诊率 40 % ,多误诊为其他软组织肿瘤或关节炎。结论　临床表现的非特异性及临床医生对本病认识的不足是造成滑膜肉瘤误诊的主要原因 ,提高认识 ,仔细综合分析病情是减少误诊的关键。Objective To analyze clinical manifestations of synovial sarcoma and reduce the misdiagnosis.Methods A retropective study was performed in 15 cases of synovial sarcoma with medical history,radiographic and pathological manifestations,and the reasons for misdiagnosis were summarized.Results Synovial sarcoma was easily misdiagnosed as other kinds of soft tissue tumor or chronic inflammation,with 40% misdiagnostic rate and 20 months delayed.Conclusions Atypical manifestations and lack of knowledge about the diseaase are the main reasons for misdiagnosis of synovial scarcoma,which might be avoided by aggregate analysis of all clinical information thoroughly.
