摘  要:本文对福州人造板厂生产用木片的pH值、缓冲性能及其对UF胶固化时间的影响进行了研究,结果表明:木片的pH值与缓冲性能是影响UF胶固化的重要因素,煮沸回流后的木片pH值与UF胶的固化时间相关性最大;在pH值相近的情况下,木粉与胶的混合物固化时间随木材缓冲性能的增加而缩短;树皮对胶固化的阻碍大大超过相同pH值的木材;作为主要原料的马尾松,其地域不同、pH值不同而呈现出对UF胶固化的影响也不同。The pH and buffer capacity of the wood used as raw material in Fuzhou Wood Based Panel Plant were determined, and their influence on UF resin gelation time was investigated. The results showed: (1)pH and buffer capacity of wood were major factors affecting curing of UF resin;(2)gel-time of mixture of UF resin with wood flour had linear correlation with pH of the wood added in the mixture; (3)Under the condition of having similar pH value, gel-time of mixture of UF resin with wood flour decreased as buffer capacity of the wood flour increased;(4)hinderance of bark to resin curing was much greater than that of wood chip with the same pH value; (5)pH values of pinus masoniana, a main raw material, from different origin were not alike and their influence on resin curing was different, too.
