摘　　要：介绍了 IR2 130集成芯片的特点和工作原理 ,设计了采用该芯片驱动的三相逆变器 ,并进行了实验研究 ,结果表明用 IR2 130驱动的逆变器具有结构简单、工作稳定。The features and operation principles of IR2130 integrated driver are introduced in this paper.Three-phaes inverter,which this driver is used in,is designed and tested,the experiment results prove that inverter using IR2130 for gate driver is simple,stable,and reliable.
