过敏性哮喘患者IL-5活性及免疫球蛋白浓度的变化

摘　　要：用 Ｅ Ｌ Ｉ Ｓ Ａ 法检测了过敏性哮喘病人发作期 Ｉ Ｌ５ 活性及 Ｉｇ Ｅ 浓度的变化情况，结果发现：发作期 Ｉ Ｌ５活性和 Ｉｇ Ｅ 浓度较缓解期明显升高，二者差异具有非常显著性意义（ Ｐ＜ ００１） ，而缓解期 Ｉｇ Ａ、 Ｉｇ Ｇ 和 Ｉｇ Ｍ 浓度较正常对照组明显下降，这可能是该类病人易发生反复呼吸道感染的原因之一。With the method of E L I S A, we observed the changes of I L 5 activities in the sy m pto m atic peri od and asy mpto matic period of patients with Anaphylactic Asth ma . It w as found that seru m Ig Econcern trations and I L 5 activities of the supernatant ofthe P B M Cculture in the sy m pto matic period ofthe patientswere significantly higher than that in the asy m ptom atic period ( P< 0 .05 or P< 0 .01) , w hile the norm algroup , w hich might possibly have resulted in repeated infection of bronchia in the patients with anaphylac tic Asth m a .
