摘　　要：为提高对恶性脑膜瘤的诊治水平，回顾分析临床资料。４ 例恶性脑膜瘤，男女各２ 例，病程０５ ～１ 年，明显的骨质破坏和脑浸润３ 例。颅外转移２ 例，１ 例术后２ 年３ 次复发； Ｃ Ｔ 表现明显的瘤周水肿和非均一强化４ 例，囊变、坏死２ 例。分析认为恶性脑膜瘤具有病程短，明显的骨质破坏，脑浸润，颅外转移，易复发； Ｃ Ｔ表现为非均一强化，囊变，坏死，无钙化，明显的瘤周水肿。The clinical data of four cases of malignant menigio ma( male 2 fem ale 2) were retrospetivelyanalysed so that its diagnosis and therapy could be improved . The course of disease ranged fro m a half toone year . Am ong these cases ,three of the m sho wed evident osseous deterioration and cerebralinfiltration ;tw o cases had extracranial metastasis ;one case recurred three times within two years after operation ; C Tof the four cases presented inconsistent enhancem ent and evident peritu moral edem a ;and cystoid m odifica tion and focal necrosis em erged in tw o cases . Analysis disclosed the follo wing characteristics of malignantmenigiom a :short disease history ,evident osseous deterioration ,cerebralinfiltration ,extracranial m etasta sis ,and recurrence tendency C T presented inconsistent enhance ment ,cystoid m odification ,focal necrosis ,no calcificaiton and evident peritu moral edem a .
