腹膜后神经母细胞瘤的影像表现(附36例报告)

摘　　要：目的　探讨腹膜后神经母细胞瘤影像表现 :方法　回顾分析经手术、病理及临床证实 36例。男 2 0例 ,女 16例。年龄 3月～ 5 812 岁。腹部CT和B超检查 36例。腹部平片 2 3例。胃肠道造影 4例。结果　 (1)CT显示腹膜后实质性肿块 ,内有出血、坏死、钙化 31例。 5例为软组织肿块。 (2 )B超探及腹膜后回声增强 2 8例。界限清 8例 ,不清 2 0例。 (3)腹部平片显示软组织肿块2 3例。 (4)胃肠道造影 4例均显示为内脏受压。结论　B超、平片 :胃肠道造影提示腹腔肿块。CT显示腹膜后实质性肿块伴出血、坏死、钙化 ,应考虑本病诊断。Objective To study the expression of image of retroperitoneal neuroblastoma.Methods 36 cases confirmed by operation,pathology and clinic were retrospectively analysed.Boys were 20 cases,girls 16.Age ranged from 3 m～5.8 years.Patients were examined by CT and ultrasound of abdomen in 36 cases,abdominal plane film in 23 and GI series in 4.Plane film of bone were examined in 5.Results (1)CT revealed irregular solid mass in 36 at retroperitoneal space;hemorrhage,necrosis and calcifications in 31,soft tissue mass in 5.(2)Ultrasound detected echo potentiation for 28 cases at retroperitioneal space,clear border for 8,other for 20.(3)Abdominal picture and GI series revealed the neighboring organs pressed by mass.(4)Plane films of bone detected destruction.Conclusion Abdominal examinations of ultrasound,plane film and GI series reveal space occupying.Hemorrhage,necrosis and calcification are revealed on CT scans.
