年轻乳腺癌患者围手术期的心理反应因素与对策

摘　　要：对66例35岁以下住院的乳腺癌患者的心理问题进行调查，造成心理问题的主要因素为担心癌症致命，家庭秩序紊乱和经济负担，以及术后的体形改变等，其程度分别为97％、86％、77％。针对不同的心理反应因素，提出相应的对策，以最大限度地缓解其焦虑、恐惧心理、达到身心康复的目的。A psychological analysis of 66 registered patients was made, all patients were less then 35 years old, the result showed that the main psychological problems were worrying the diseases would be vitaled, disbalance of family, problem of economic and gesture change etc, the incidence of it were 97% .86%.77%. The way were pointed out by the authors for treating the different reactons of the patients,in order to recovery their positive psychological reaction such as worrylng,anxious and fragile and so on to be healthy.
