CA125、AFP及HCG-β联合检测在卵巢癌诊断中临床意义(附54例分析)

摘　　要：目的　探讨 CA12 5、AFP和 HCG- β联合检测对卵巢癌诊断价值。方法　 5 4例卵巢癌以免疫放射法测定血清 CA12 5 ,以放射免疫法测定血清 AFP和 HCG- β。结果　 CA12 5、AFP和 HCG- β检测总阳性率为 90 .0 7% ,其中卵巢癌 CA12 5、AFP和 HCG- β阳性率分别是 6 6 .6 %、12 .96 %和 11.11%。CA12 5在卵巢浆液性腺癌、内胚窦癌阳性率分别为 96 .2 9%和 75 % ,5例卵巢癌术后 CA12 5阳性者均已复发。内胚窦癌 AFP阳性率为 5 0 %。内胚窦癌及浆液性腺癌 HCG- β阳性率分别为 2 5 %、11.11%。结论　 CA12 5对卵巢浆液性腺癌、子宫内膜样癌及内胚窦癌具有较高的诊断价值和预示预后的意义。AFP和 HCG- β对内胚窦癌具有特异性诊断意义。CA12 5、AFP和 HCG-Objetive To study the clinical value of CA125, AFP and HCGK β examination in patients with ovarian carcinoma.Methods Serum CA125 level was detected by immunoradiometric assay, Serum AFP and HCG β levels were detected by radioimmunoassay in 54 patients with ovarian carcinoma.Results Total positive rate of CA125, AFP and HCG β examination was 90.07%, The CA125, AFP and HCG β were 66.67%,12.96% and 11.11% positive respectively. CA125 of serous adenocarcinoma, endometroid carcinoma and endodermal sinus tumor of the ovary were 96.2%, 100% and 75% positive, respectively. 5 CA125 positive patients with postoperation had relapsed. AFP was 50% positive in endodermal sinus tumer. HCG β of endodermal sinus tumer and serous adenocarcinoma were 25%, 11.11% positive, respectively.Conclusions CA125 had higher diagnostic value and prognostic significance in serous adenocarcinoma, endometroid carcinoma and endodermal sinus tumor. AFP and HCG β may be used as tumor marker in diagnosing endodermal sinus tumor. The combination detection of CA125, AFP and HCG β can increase positive detect rate of the ovarian cancer.
